Rasberry Pi

My raspberry Pi came yesterday. I am very impressed but it runs slower than I expected it to. Apparently it doesn’t use the built in super duper graphics card to render the desktop so maybe they will fix that and speed things up. I currently have it booting properly into Debian Squeeze Linux and have remote tty and SCP sessions to control it.

I’ve done a bit of reading up on Python programming and it looks like my” Laserdisc Emulator” idea for the Pi could be a go-er!

I need another one because I want to set up a silent XMBC set up!
